Orders received by 2pm(PST) on Monday to Thursday (except holidays) will be processed within 1 business day.

Orders received after 2pm(PST) on Friday or day before holiday will be processed on or after next business day.

Returns & Refund

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is a buyer's responsibility to notify us any damages occurred in transit within 7 days of receiving product(s). Normal procedures include inspection by shipping company. Once the claim is processed we will either replace the product(s) at our expense or refund the payment in full.

If for any reason the item needs to be returned please notify us first.

Once a club is hit it is treated as a "used club" and a partial store credit will be given towards future purchases. We will check the condition of returned club(s) to see if it has any additional scratches or damages.

For no damage return or change in mind return require 20% restocking fee and a buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Once a product is returned to us we will inspect it and we will issue maximum refund of original purchase less 20%.

Used clubs can be returned. We will issue a store credit for used club returns. The store credit can be used for future purchases. Store credit has no cash value.

All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Please provide physical address other than PO Box addresses as Fedex do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Trade In (In Store Only)

We trade your clubs in towards purchase of your new golf clubs. For trade in value, please bring your club(s) in for inspection. We only take authentic golf clubs for trade-in. Golf clubs need to be in fair to good condition and iron set needs to be sequential pieces with matching shafts and grips for maximum value. Otherwise irons will be traded in as single irons for lesser value.
